Robert J. Blake
Robert has an extensive 20 year experience with the functional design, development and implementation strategy of Sage’s MIP Fund Accounting system. Robert (who is also fluent in Spanish) worked with the Sage 100 Fund Accounting program as an end user prior to working with NFP Consultants and Non Profit Technologies, Inc., in a Consultant/Project Manager capacity. His last position, Sr. Manager of Professional and Learning Services, was with Sage’s Non Profit Division, where he served as the head of Sage MIP Fund Accounting implementations and training. In addition, Robert is experienced in all facets of the systems development life cycle – including design, development of specifications, management, implementation, performance, systems’ testing, and development & management of training.
Douglass J. McLain
Douglass started his career working for Sage’s Non Profit Division in Customer Support. Within the first year he was named Employee of the Year for the Support Department. From Customer Support, Douglass transitioned to a Professional Services Consultant and worked exclusively on Sage MIP Fund Accounting implementations. Douglass has worked with hundreds of domestic and international projects with experience in all aspects of successful project completion. Douglass has worked as senior Professional Services Consultant at Sage and serves as Project Manager for dozens of concurrent software implementations. Douglass has 3 years experience performing complex project implementations and of successful ERP scale implementations.
